What is Homeport all about?
Our desire to help everyone experience the life change we have found in Jesus!
Our hope is to engage others by building relationships that lead to opportunities to share Christ through the natural ebb and flow of our lives. This is the mission the Church was given by Jesus.
"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT)
Jesus said he came to give us a rich and satisfying life and we find that life by living the life Jesus calls us to and by obeying all that He has commanded us to do.
We pray that as you visit our site, most of your questions about us will be answered. One thing though that a website can’t do is allow you to experience what Homeport is all about. So we pray that once you have read what we are all about, you will come and experience who we really are.
YouAre you looking for a place to belong? A church where you feel like you can connect to God and other believers? A place to grow in your faith and contribute in meaningful ways?
UsWe are a gathering of believers who want to help others find the love of Christ, just as we have. We want to grow closer to God, each other, and impact our community.
HimGod loves us more than we could ever imagine. We believe He is using Homeport to help others find a church that strives to live like Jesus and model Biblical Christianity.
Who We Are & What We BelieveThis is what we believe, and it’s who we are at the core as a church.
Loving God. Loving People. For St. Augustine.
