How often do we stop to think about the air we breath? The air we fill our lungs with? When we go in for a check up with the doctor they check our breathing, but when it comes to a spiritual check up do we think about that which we breath in. Throughout the Bible the idea of breath is used to teach us of God and we are told it is by His very breath that we have the inspired Word of God. So, during our check up we need to take a look at the spiritual air we breath in and realize how important it is to our very soul.
