There will be a meeting immediately following the gathering May 16th for all volunteers and those wanting to volunteer. Join us downtown to help us serve dinner. We meet at the parking lot on the northeast corner of Bridge St. and Granada St. behind the Lightner Museum at 5:30pm to set up and the meal starts at 6:00pm. Missions Spotlight: God’s Kitchen, Palatka, FL
Gods Kitchen in a non profit ministry dedicated to serving home bound and less fortunate residents of Putnam County. An all volunteer team cooks and delivers nutrious meals to about 1,200 meals to 70 clients each month.
Here are some specific ways you can pray for the God’s Kitchen:
-Pray for that God would open doors to help them serve even more people this year.
-Pray for more volunteers both kitchen staff and drivers.
-Pray for their Financial needs – for God to provide the needed funds for all the utilities, food, and gas they use each month.
